To ensure multiple initiatives and projects are effectively planned, coordinated across different internal functions and client stakeholders, resource and schedule trade-offs made and progress clearly communicated, with the ultimate aim of predictable achievement of project deliverables and milestones aligned to client expectations. This role operates in either the pre-project lifecycle (Farm to Nominate) or the post-implementation lifecycle (Run to Renew). The role is responsible to maintain project data integrity (activities, deliverables, milestones, resources, dependencies), coordinating stakeholders, project related reporting, highlighting resource constraints, and facilitating prioritisation and trade‑off decisions. The role does not own initiative content, solution quality, client relationships or commercial decisions but ensures multiple initiatives are structured into meaningful projects and coordinated across relevant internal and client stakeholders. Key Performance Areas Stage Gate Governance Define, monitor, and enforce stage gate entry and exit criteria Validate that all required artefacts (solution, pricing, legal, financials) are complete before progression Prevent premature or non‑compliant stage transitions Track and highlight bottlenecks, delays, and non‑compliance Meeting & Communication Management Ensure preparation of meeting packs, presentations, and supporting materials Coordinate scheduling and stakeholder participation Ensure minutes, actions, and follow‑ups are documented and shared on time Data & Reporting Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date engagement and project data Provide reporting on project activity, schedule, resources, risks, and status Act as central point and owner of project related data Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate inputs between different internal teams (Solutions, Operations, Business Development, Customer Service, IT, Finance, Commercial) Ensure alignment on client priorities, timelines, deliverables and constraints Escalate risks of resource constraints or possible key project milestones adherence Improve project data management and reporting views Identify gaps in internal and client engagement effectiveness Support standardisation and scalability Qualifications Required Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field experience. Experience and Skills Required 2–5 years’ experience in project controlling, commercial coordination, account support. Exposure to client engagement and reporting processes.
