MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Diploma in Marketing / Sales advantageous At least 3 years Sales Manager experience Agricultural background essential Strong knowledge of fresh produce and seasonal variations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite Must have strong leadership and communications skills A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skill Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
