The Data & Systems Officer is required to oversee, manage, and report on various systems and processes, including MyCrops as a traceability system, Agrigistics (AllWage), and stock control systems. The Data & Systems Officer will also assist with the dispatch of plants and associated administration, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance of our agricultural technology infrastructure. Key Job Requirements And Expectations System Management Oversee and maintain various systems and processes, including MyCrops as a traceability system, Agrigistics (AllWage), and stock control systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. Monitoring and Reporting Regularly monitor system performance and generate reports on system health, usage, and any issues that arise. Troubleshooting Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to different systems and processes. User Support Provide technical support and training to users of various systems. Dispatch Assistance Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of plants. Data Management Ensure data integrity and security within the systems, including regular backups and updates. Capture and verify data submitted daily. Plan and implement system upgrades and improvements as needed. Stock Control Assist with stock control processes to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order of goods required. Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiencies. Documentation and Reports Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Compile and submit system reports on regular intervals as required.
