REQUIREMENT: - Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a lodge or hospitality environment- Strong guest relations and customer service skills- Ability to supervise and motivate a service team- Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Professional appearance and positive attitude- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Basic stock control and administrative knowledge advantageous- Hands-on and team-oriented approachKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations- Ensure high standards of guest service and presentation- Support and guide restaurant and bar staff during service- Assist with staff training and performance management- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained- Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational procedures- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service- Monitor operational standards and service efficiency- Uphold lodge standards and professionalism at all timesPACKAGE: - R15,000- Live-in positionLOCATION: Pilanesberg North West
