About the Job The Field Sales Representative focuses on actively pursuing new leads, opportunities and customers in the small and medium‑sized market segments to drive growth. The role prioritises customer acquisition and expansion, ensuring continued growth and development of the customer portfolio. Responsibilities Identify and contact prospective customers and generate sales leads in the defined geographical area. Present and demonstrate products and services to customers; negotiate sales terms and contracts. Follow up on sales inquiries and provide after‑sales support and service. Record sales data and maintain the customer database in HISA. Analyse market trends and customer feedback, and provide recommendations to management. Collaborate with Product and Supporting Functions to ensure customer needs are met, while providing quotations and tenders. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required. Adhere to sales policies and procedures and comply with relevant regulations. Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives via HISA: number of leads and opportunities, visits and calls, YoY growth in volume and GP, and quality of the pipeline. Qualifications & Competencies Skills: Care & Connect, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Change, Personal Development, Responsibility & Reliability, Expertise, Self‑Management, Hunting Mentality, Digital Affinity, Logistics Knowledge. Education: Apprenticeship in Office Administration; Bachelor’s degree optional. Languages: Advanced in national language; Intermediate in English. Work Experience: Several years as a Sales Representative, ideally within the Logistics Industry. Attributes: Hunter by nature; confident in approaching new prospects; motivated by winning new business and growing market share; commercially driven, resilient, and comfortable working with targets; customer‑focused and solutions‑oriented; able to collaborate closely with internal teams.
