Junior Warehouse Manager Wanted! Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, Montague Gardens Type: Permanent Position ID: JHB Industry: FMCG Salary: R12k CTC - R15k CTC We’re seeking a proactive Junior Warehouse Manager in Cape Town to join an amazing FMCG team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse; with a key role in stock control, distribution, and operational efficiency , ensuring everything runs like clockwork. What You’ll Do Assist in supervising and coordinating warehouse operations Receive, check, and accurately record incoming stock and materials Manage stock control processes including cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciliations Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of stock (FIFO principles) Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatching stock to stores on time Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, stores, and internal teams Support warehouse staff, onboarding, and training of new employees Prepare operational and stock reports for management Assist with cost control, audits, and compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an FMCG, bakery, or hospitality environment Local citizens Proven track record with contactable references Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills Experience with stock control or accounting systems Computer literacy is essential Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Clear criminal record (verification required) Must meet assessment requirements Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, public holidays, and at short notice Why Join Our Client Dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the company Apply now to be part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly!
