You will play a key role in managing sophisticated client engagements, ensuring seamless execution across international payment processes, regulatory requirements, and banking interactions. Proven experience within foreign exchange (FX), treasury, or cross-border financial environments. Strong understanding of international payments and exchange control processes. Exceptional interpersonal and client engagement skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven and high-accountability environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding FX transactions, cross-border payments, and treasury-related matters. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with professionalism and accuracy. Authorise, verify, and monitor payment instructions while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and compliance procedures. Engage with banking institutions and regulatory bodies regarding transactional and compliance matters. Review and assess BOP submissions, CRS/FATCA documentation, and KYC requirements. Collaborate closely with tax, legal, and operational teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Identify operational efficiencies and contribute toward strategic process enhancements.
