Duties & Responsibilities Job Grading Experience & Qualifications Required Safety Consultant5 – 8 Year ExperienceHSE Diploma/EquivalentAt least 20 Short CoursesRegistration with a Professional Body - SACPCMP Key Performance Indicators (KPI) KPI: Client Satisfaction Weight: 20% KPI: Profit/Loss Weight: 20% KPI: Appearance & Punctuality Weight: 10% KPI: Administration & Report Writing Weight: 20% KPI: Skills Development & Professional Registrations Weight: 20% KPI: Additional services - Sales Weight: 10% Minimum Requirements At least 2 years’ experience as a South African Health and Safety Officer in the construction industry. SAMTRAC / Equivalent. Incident Investigation. Fall Protection Planner (Including US + US and US ). Competent installer of both HLL and VLL as per OEM (KARAM Africa). Legal Liability. HIRA. SACPCMP Registered as a Safety Officer. First aid Level 1. Basic Fire Fighting. Computer Literate. Valid drivers license. No complaints to be expected.
