Role Overview We are seeking ambitious, growth-minded Real Estate Agents (Property Practitioners) to join our Nelspruit market centre. At KW, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Key Responsibilities Source, list, and market residential and commercial properties in Nelspruit and the surrounding Lowveld areas. Utilize KW’s proven models, systems, and technology to generate and convert leads. Conduct property valuations, viewings, and show houses for prospective buyers. Negotiate offers and masterfully guide clients through the legal and financial closing processes. Participate in market centre training and coaching to continually sharpen your skills. Requirements Qualifications: Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) registered with the PPRA. (Full Status/NQF4 is preferred, but we welcome ambitious Candidate/Intern status individuals ready to learn). Experience: Proven track record in sales or real estate (Lowveld market knowledge is a massive plus).
