Security officer – office park protection ITM Katope ITM Katope is seeking a professional, alert, and disciplined Security Officer to be responsible for the protection and day-to-day security operations of a busy office park in Randburg. The successful candidate will ensure a safe, controlled, and professional environment for tenants, visitors, and service providers across the site. Control access to the office park, including tenants, visitors, contractors, and deliveries Conduct regular patrols of the entire office park (perimeter, buildings, parking areas, and common spaces) Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity or security breaches immediately Manage and enforce site access control procedures and parking regulations Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Complete accurate and detailed occurrence books and incident reports Provide a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Assist tenants and visitors with directions and access procedures in a professional manner Liaise with site management, emergency services, and law enforcement when required 2–4 years’ experience in office park, commercial property, or corporate security environments Strong knowledge of access control systems, visitor management, and patrol procedures Valid South African ID Clean criminal record (verification required) Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties for extended periods Strong written and verbal communication skills (incident reporting essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
