Key Responsibilities Promote and grow sales to meet company targets. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Prepare proposals and presentations to communicate value propositions. Conduct market development activities to expand market share. Resolve customer service issues and support debt collection. Ensure effective use of ERP systems and maintain accurate customer databases. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. Requirements National Diploma or bachelors degree in Technical/Marketing/Sales (postgraduate an advantage). Minimum 8 years technical sales experience in Africa, preferably in petrochemical/mining. Proven ability in complex B2B sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in English and French (mandatory). Advanced computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (SAGE). Sound knowledge of electro-mechanical principles and fuel management systems. Working Conditions Extensive travel across Africa, including outside normal working hours. Flexibility to meet customer requirements.
