Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in agriculture / forestry or related field 3-5 years’ experience in agriculture or field – based operations Experience in a supervisory role Independent, proactive, eager to learn and results oriented Strong social / interpersonal skills Exposed to meeting and/or working with people from different cultures and background (Ideally has travelled outside home region / overseas and especially Asia) Willing to learn different languagesComfortable to live / work in remote area Hobbies are outdoors / sport related Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations activities: planting, harvesting, crop care & road maintenance. (PDCA) Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills. Analyse field productivity data to identify areas for performance improvement (for daily activities and process improvement initiatives). Mentoring and upskilling of field workers and coworkers.
