Responsibilities: Build, expand and continuously refine campaigns across the Google Ads suite, ensuring every piece of work meets a high-quality bar and is delivered on schedule Dive into performance data across Google platforms, draw actionable conclusions, and package insights into concise client reports and face-to-face discussions Maintain effortless, confident communication with clients both in writing and verbally centred on account health, strategic direction and growth opportunities within Googles paid ecosystem Regular client contact is a core part of this position Let data lead the way: make informed optimisation calls every day, constantly sharpening campaign efficiency and maximising return on ad spend Write punchy, high-converting ad copy and exercise sound commercial judgement when managing budgets, forecasting spend and measuring ROI Skills & Experience (Not negotiable): Minimum 4 years' of hands-on experience managing campaigns within Google Ads Current Google Ads Certification Genuine proficiency across the Google toolkit: Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping/Performance Max) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Business Profile Google Ads Editor Working knowledge of Microsoft Ads would be a bonus.
