This role involves: Monthly end procedures including transaction processing up to trial balance Submission of monthly financials on MPC Analyzing and reviewing budgets and expenditures Supervision of intercompany accounts reconciliation process Preparation of monthly management accounts, and other monthly reports Involvement in the preparation of audit packs and tax packs as well as company statutory returns Liaising with business unit managers regarding various accounting issues Maintaining the fixed asset register and capital processes Recommending, developing, and maintaining financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems. Supervising the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems Interacting with internal and external auditors as well as implementing and maintaining sufficient internal control environments Managing of finance team Skills & Experience: Minimum 2+ years’ experience as financial accountant Minimum 3+ years’ motor industry experience (advantageous) Knowledgeable of tax calculations Strong on financial reporting and corporate governance Well-developed communication skills Strong ability to reason with numerical information to influence and enable business and financial decisions Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Qualification: BCom Accounting with commercial experience SAIPA + commercial experience (preferred) Contact OKUHLE POKILE on , quoting the Ref: CTF .
