Client Service Analyst – Transfer Agency (Prescient Fund Services) The CIS Transfer Agency Client Service teams provide excellent levels of client service to all clients in a timely and accurate manner. The team recognises its key position as the conduit between the client and the broader Prescient Fund Services operational teams. This position will act as a key point of contact to respond to client queries and the resolution thereof. You will form part of a large transfer agency operational team which is specifically focus on scaling up and improving efficiencies and delivery in the team. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound calls and manage queries from direct clients, brokers and investment managers. Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries timeously, however, do not play a post-box role. Escalation of complex issues to relevant internal teams where required. Distribute Investor Statements on a daily, monthly and adhoc basis. Assisting and encouraging clients to utilise the Prescient Online Portal. Ensure adherence to SLA’s. Ensure deviations from SLA’s are rectified within agreed upon timeframes. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Relevant experience of 3 years in a related client service query resolution position within Liability Administration/Asset management industry is essential. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant tertiary qualification (or study towards) a BCom, BTech Commerce, Finance, Business Administration highly advantageous. Minimum Matric coupled with relevant industry relate courses (NQF 5 /6 equivalent). KEY COMPETENCIES Highly methodical and can work within specific processes and structure.
