Responsibilities Partners in Performance Managers play the critical role of leading engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence across a broad range of clients and industries. Lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching, management of clients, and oversight of the end‑to‑end process. Provide coaching and guidance to junior consultants, managing professional development and fostering results‑driven performance. Qualifications Background and experience: Outstanding academic results University degree or equivalent experience emphasizing quantitative skills (Engineering, Commerce/Economics, Mathematics/Science, etc.) MBA an advantage Double degrees and postgraduate degrees are highly regarded Demonstrated passion for results with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to structure and prioritise work, and ask the right questions to get to root causes Excellent interpersonal skills: coaching, influencing, building trust with senior managers, achieving results through managing a team, prioritising the professional development of team members Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results through the line to achieve outcomes Strong communication skills: constructing compelling arguments supported by facts Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations / deadlines Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values #J-18808-Ljbffr
