Key Accountabilities/Outcomes Assist in managing the ongoing new product development projects across multiple channels and categories. Manage the day‑to‑day tasks and timelines on Monday.com, DEV and/or other project management platforms as deemed appropriate by the business. Monitor and track projects and report back on bottlenecks, challenges or risks to the project milestones. Provide administrative support to the team including: Scheduling of meetings required to support the projects. Managing new product code requests from the USA. Documentation control such as Product Initiation Forms, Sample Initiation Forms, Authority to Launch for approval and filing. Updating and tracking of total projects update for reviews. Assist in preparation of presentations, NPD performance tracking and project feasibility documentation. Assist with minutes of the meetings/contact reports. Manage and track the sample request process from the different regions as required. Assist to conduct market research to identify trends and consumer behaviour. Assist in planning and executing of events, trade shows or customer visits as well as gathering of competitor information. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and QA functions across both facilities to provide the necessary support to the project. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and other training opportunities. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager. Qualification/Skills/Experience A Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma, preferably in marketing, or a related project management field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Digital proficiency in collaboration and management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks and projects. Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges. Strong personality to manage multiple stakeholders.
