Location: GroblersbrugSalary: R12 000 – R15 000Live-in position / Accommodation provided Job Duties: Supervise, train, motivate, and manage all housekeeping staff Maintain and implement procedures to ensure cleanliness of all hotel areas including rooms, public areas, and outside areas Conduct daily meetings and handovers with housekeeping staff Manage staff rostering and scheduling Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain inventory control Assist with guest queries and handle guest complaints professionally Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service delivery at all times Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in housekeeping management/supervisory role Grade 12 essential Computer literate Formal hospitality qualification/diploma preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Polite, friendly, and professional with a strong personality Excellent attention to detail Please include a copy of your most recent payslip together with your CV when applying for this position.
