Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and food service clients Manage customer queries, escalations, and service delivery Oversee daily sales operations, including telesales and internal sales Supervise and support the sales team Monitor sales performance and assist with corrective actions where needed Oversee pricing, quotations, and order accuracy Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour Requirements Relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or related field (advantageous) Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within FMCG or food production Experience managing or supervising a sales team Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management Good commercial acumen and problem-solving ability Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
