Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking Company: Standard Bank of South Africa To lead and embed the Employee Value Banking proposition within an allocated province by driving sales growth, expanding the client base, building strategic company partnerships, and enabling provincial teams to deliver against Personal and Private Banking consumer objectives. Key Responsibilities Drive the execution of the Employee Value Banking strategy within the province to achieve sales targets, client growth, and penetration across identified companies and industries. Identify, analyse, and convert new business opportunities by targeting growing industries and building tailored Employee Value Banking solutions for employers and their employees. Build and maintain strong relationships across Business and Commercial Banking (BCB), Corporate and Investment Banking, Public Sector, and internal sales teams to maximise collaboration and unlock opportunities. Lead the delivery of provincial campaigns, onsite activations, induction support, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence and improve uptake of banking solutions. Ensure strong governance, FAIS oversight, risk discipline, and compliance across all Employee Value Banking activities, while guiding teams on regulatory and control requirements. Qualifications First Degree in Business Commerce 5 to 7 years’ experience in consumer banking within South Africa, with a strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and relationship-led business development Proven experience leading, guiding, and motivating teams across a province or multi-site environment to deliver against performance targets Experience in developing and presenting customised value propositions and commercial solutions to company decision-makers and executive stakeholders Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and governance requirements, including oversight of FAIS-regulated activities Demonstrated ability to work across segment and product teams to drive integrated client solutions and commercial outcomes Experience analysing market opportunities, industry trends, and client data to inform targeting, planning, and sales execution Additional Information Developing Strategies and Embracing Change Empowering Individuals and Establishing Rapport Generating Ideas and Making Decisions Producing Output and Pursuing Goals Resolving Conflict and Showing Composure Understanding People and Valuing Individuals #J-18808-Ljbffr
