We are looking for an Affiliate Programme Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimising our affiliate marketing programme. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategies that drive affiliate recruitment, engagement and revenue growth. You will display a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent relationship‑building abilities. Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategy Affiliate recruitment and on‑boarding Performance tracking and optimisation Affiliate communication and relationship management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital or related field Valid driver’s license 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry (affiliate experience preferred) 2–3 years of experience in the digital marketing industry (affiliate experience preferred) 1–2 years leading a team 2–3 years of negotiating skills within a sales environment Minimum of 2 years sales / lead generation experience Affiliate marketing expertise Optimization skills Performance analysis skills Project management skills Relationship management skills Strategic thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
