Job Overview Responsible Gambling Team Lead: Manage and maintain a 24/7 Responsible Gambling Team, supporting responsible gambling delivery across Super Group’s online gaming platforms. Responsibilities Leadership: Lead by example, motivate the team, conduct monthly team meetings, manage succession planning, handle roster and leave. Onboarding and Development: Conduct onboarding, probation sign‑off, provide feedback, mentoring, coaching, rewards, and recognition. Performance Management: Support team development goals, monitor KPI benchmarks, conduct QA checks, report trends, drive performance reviews. Workload Management: Monitor shift plans, manage refunds, provide live support, ensure SLA benchmarks, log incidents. Stakeholder Management: Build rapport with internal and external departments, act as a subject matter expert on responsible gambling and customer welfare. Compliance: Provide direction on responsible gambling processes, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with regulations. Essential Qualifications Tertiary qualification or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Compliance, Risk or Fraud. Minimum 12 months leadership experience in a related field. Experience in responsible gambling, knowledge of policies, procedures and systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Demonstrated behaviour aligned to organisational culture. Desirable Qualifications Experience in the online gaming or casino industry. Knowledge of gambling regulations across jurisdictions. Experience in customer retention strategies. Proficiency in Dynamics365, Excel reporting, and data analysis. Previous coaching or leadership experience.
