Position Overview Location: Cape Town, South Africa. MCI is a Business Process Outsourcing company focused on customer experience services. We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and German. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and German. Translate and communicate clearly across both languages. Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions. Meet daily and monthly performance goals. Candidate Qualifications Completion of National Senior Certificate / Grade 12. Bilingual fluency in English and German is mandatory. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
