Site Management & Operations Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple sites Independently manage site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans Coordinate installation teams on-site, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications Project Execution & Planning Ensure project plans and schedules are strictly followed, monitoring progress and adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines Track site milestones and report any delays or risks promptly to senior management Quality Control Conduct regular inspections of installed glass and aluminium systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications Work closely with manufacturing teams to address any defects or rework required Health & Safety Compliance Enforce strict adherence to site health and safety policies across all managed sites Ensure all team members use appropriate PPE and follow safe handling procedures for glass and aluminium materials Report and document any incidents or near misses Communication & Reporting Maintain accurate daily site logs, including workforce attendance, progress updates, and any site challenges Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients as required Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve on-site issues and maintain good working relationships Proven ability to manage multiple sites independently in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of installation processes for glass and aluminium systems in warehouse and residential projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Competent in site safety management Good communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with stakeholders Ability to read and interpret project schedules and basic shop drawings Proactive problem-solving attitude
