We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Operator to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will manage people, finances, and daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and performance targets. Ensure exceptional customer service and professional in-store standards. Manage budgets, stock levels, merchandising, and operational efficiency. Enforce company policies, OHS, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement and maintain brand integrity. Qualification in Retail or Business Management (advantageous). Minimum 5 years’ management experience in a retail or warehouse environment. Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business results.
