Requirements Recognized qualification at NQF Level 7 or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management. Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist. At least 10 years of post-qualification experience specifically within water and sanitation-related projects. Strong knowledge of industry-standard contracts, such as GCC, FIDIC, or NEC. Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary water infrastructure teams.
