Duties & Responsibilities Deliver fast, high-quality managed healthcare support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Assist members with pre-authorisations and ensure smooth healthcare journeys Handle and resolve member queries professionally while maintaining excellent service standards Review and manage hospital authorisations with accuracy and attention to detail Keep turnaround times low while maintaining exceptional member satisfaction Monitor and manage clinical risk to support positive healthcare outcomes Achieve service excellence targets including call handling, case management, and SLA delivery Build strong relationships with members, providers, and internal teams Stay up to date with clinical knowledge through ongoing training and development Contribute to a motivated, supportive team culture where performance is recognised and rewarded Desired Experience & Qualification Qualification Grade 12 Enrolled Nursing Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience as a nursing practitioner in ICU, Trauma, Theater or any other Specialised Ward Additional inherent requirements Active SANC Membership #J-18808-Ljbffr
