Overview We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a creative retail hub, to provide strategic leadership and marketing expertise on a part-time basis, for 30 - 35 hours a month for 3 - 6 months. You'll be focused on providingstrategic direction and light operational oversight for their marketing department. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive lead generation and build a consistent inbound pipeline to support growth. Strengthen brand positioning to expand into higher-value corporate andmarkets in the USA. Oversee digital marketing funnels, including Google Ads and paid social campaigns. Manage external agencies and creative teams to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs. Align marketing activities with sales targets and ROI metrics. Monitor seasonal demand cycles and adapt regional marketing strategies accordingly. Manage marketing budgets effectively, demonstrating clear ROI on spend. Requirements Proven experience in service-based businesses, ideally within events, rentals, hospitality, or experiential production. Demonstrated ability to generate leads and deliver measurable growth. Strong background in digital marketing funnels, Google Ads, and paid social advertising. Experience managing agencies and creative teams. Understanding of seasonal demand cycles and regional marketing dynamics. Ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ROI. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach. This is a part-time position for 30 - 35 hours a month.
