Role Purpose In this role, you will act as a full financial services advisor, providing specialized expertise in savings, investment, and estate planning. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality investment advice to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. Key Responsibilities Target Achievement: Meet and exceed gross production and sales targets across approved investment and risk products. Strategic Planning: Analyze client financial information to develop comprehensive proposals in cash management, risk needs, investment planning, and estate planning. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Portfolio Oversight: Monitor market trends and regularly review client plans to ensure they remain responsive to economic or life changes. Compliance & Excellence: Ensure all advice aligns with internal investment philosophies and remains compliant with statutory, legislative, and governance requirements. Requirements Education: A relevant Degree in Investment or Economics. Professional Certification: Must be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar environment, including 1 to 2 years at a junior/entry-level management level. Financial Integrity: Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent; a credit record check is required per the National Credit Act (NCA). FAIS Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with Category 1 and 2 licenses and experience in various subcategories, including: Long-Term Insurance (Subcategories B1, B2, B1-A, B2-A, and C). Retail Pension Benefits and Collective Investment Schemes (CIS). Shares, Bonds, Money Market Instruments, and Forex Investments. Structured Deposits and Hedge Funds.
