Primary purpose of the job Reporting to the Team Leader, this position requires the services of an individual to despatch finished goods and load Trucks according to customer requirements and company procedures. Key Performance Areas Despatch finished goods Load trucks Ensure correct labelling of containers Ensure that parts produced are despatched according to the FIFO system Ensure that parts are loaded according to customer requirement Ensure that loaded finished goods adhere to relevant safety regulationsEnsure weather conditions are considered when open stillages are loaded Ensure forklift complies to safety and maintenance standards by performing pre-start checks Skills Required Understanding of parts used in manufacturing Understanding of stock controlling, warehousing and FIFO Interpersonal skills Ability to add and subtract whole and positive numbers Ability to identify, describe and verbally report problems related to work activity Minimum Requirements NQF level 4 qualification or Grade 12.
