Requirements Grade 12 with Higher Grade Mathematics Relevant tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 7–10 years’ experience in warehousing/distribution environments Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory or stock management Minimum 5 years’ people management experience Strong understanding of warehouse inventory flow and stock control systems Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) FMCG, QSR, or large-scale distribution centre experience is advantageous Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and stock movement within the distribution centre Oversee replenishment and put‑away processes to ensure operational flow Monitor stock variances, damages, expiry dates, and supplier returns Ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with company procedures Manage monthly stock counts and investigate discrepancies Lead and develop warehouse inventory staff through coaching, training, and performance management #J-18808-Ljbffr
