Duties: Lead and manage day-to-day production and workshop operations Plan, schedule, and coordinate fabrication and manufacturing activities Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Manage and mentor production staff, supervisors, and artisans Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to align production goals Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions where needed Oversee resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment Maintain strong quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering 510 years experience in a production or manufacturing management role Proven experience in a fabrication, process plant, or EPCM environment Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of production planning and quality management systems Experience with ISO standards and SHEQ compliance Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
