Key Responsibilities Supervise File Handlers, managing performance, workloads, and attendance effectively. Drive financial performance through diligent billing oversight. Support recruitment activities and collaborate closely with the Management Team. Conduct file reviews and audits to maintain high-quality case management standards. Experience & Qualifications Admitted Attorney with a minimum of two years' post-qualification experience. Previous management experience and operational knowledge are advantageous. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communicator, with experience engaging senior stakeholders considered beneficial.
