This permanent role is based in Sandton, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, procedures and standards. Lead a team of quality professionals, set goals and conduct performance reviews. Establish quality control processes for incoming materials, in‑process work and finished services. Conduct regular quality audits and drive corrective actions. Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in the development and review of service specifications. Monitor quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Create and deliver training on quality standards. Manage supplier relationships and perform supplier audits. Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and implement best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead teams and drive a culture of quality. Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills. Certified Quality Engineer or Quality Manager certification preferred.
