Candidate Architect Job category: Candidate Architect Job type: 12 month fixed term contract Location: Stellenbosch Start date: ASAP Key Responsibilities to include: Create accurate sketch illustrations based on client briefs. Assist with graphic design for presentation purposes. Contribute to 3D visualizations of project proposals. Prepare and coordinate council submission documentation (including SDP and Building Plans). Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants: Master’s degree in Architecture (M.Arch / M.Tech). Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience. Strong ability to produce detailed sketch proposals. Passion for design and innovative architecture. Proficiency in Revit. Successful completion of the B+P Revit Assessment with a minimum score of 60%. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design. Intermediate experience with 3D visualization software (e.g., Twinmotion, Lumion) for presentations.
