The Talent and Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience across the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle—from attraction and recruitment through to onboarding and early employment. This role is central to ensuring every candidate and new hire interaction reflects efficiency, engagement, and a premium employer experience. Role The Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. The role also supports strategic initiatives, including the delivery of early-career programmes such as internships and graduate schemes, contributing to a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the organisation's employer brand.
