Job Title: Manager, Commercial, ISOL, IMA Location: South Africa, ISANDO Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Support the commercial management of all ingredient solutions product portfolios of ISOL within the agreed IMA TTH sales/marketing strategy and budget. Report to the Senior Manager, Commercial, ISOL TTH, IMA. The role also covers day‑to‑day commercial and business management activities around nutrient‑premixes across the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa & Turkey, focusing on execution, pricing, reporting, coordination and profitable growth across segments. Key Responsibilities Global pricing strategy implementation: Translate and implement global pricing strategy at the regional industry level, providing quotation support for ISOL. Sales objectives and commercial guidance: Offer commercial guidance on pricing, supply, market developments and support key customer calls. Supply chain monitoring: Track inventory levels, ensure product availability, support allocation decisions during shortages and contribute to regional business planning. Reporting & coordination: Deliver insightful reporting to the IMA ISOL team and coordinate with Global Commercial Management on opportunities, market insights, competitor updates and learnings from lost/won business. Demand planning & commercial excellence: Work closely with the regional demand planner, support the IBP cycle, RAF and budget process, and promote commercial excellence initiatives. Premix business support: Manage premix pricing, track sales vs contracted business, and coordinate cross‑functional activities with sales, procurement, planning, operations, formulation, quality and customer service. You Bring 5+ years of Commercial, Pricing and/or Product management experience, with strong product strategy and portfolio knowledge. University or higher education in Chemistry/Food technology or Business Administration, plus knowledge of the nutrition ingredients industry. Excellent understanding of marketing‑mix strategies and price/volume dynamics in a competitive market. Assertive, decisive leader with proven people‑management skills. Long‑term perspective while managing day‑to‑day issues. Experience advising and working with international, multicultural teams. Clear communication skills capable of simplifying complex topics.
