Duties and responsibilities: Marketing Coordination:Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Assist in maintaining a consistent brand identity across all communications and marketing materials. Coordinate marketing projects, schedules, and deliverables to ensure effective execution. Support marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives. Digital Marketing and Content:Manage and update website content. Support SEO, website performance monitoring, and analytics reporting. Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Assist with social media engagement and performance tracking. Capture basic photo and video content at events, workshops, and programme activities. Design and Creative Support:Design and edit marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. Produce content using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Ensure all creative outputs align with the company brand guidelines. CRM and Internal Systems:Manage and support marketing activities within HubSpot Marketing and Content Hub. Assist with email campaigns, lead tracking, and reporting. Utilise Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Planner, and intranet tools for project coordination and communication. Events and Stakeholder Engagement:Coordinate events, activations, workshops, and internal initiatives. Liaise with suppliers, venues, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Represent the company professionally at external and internal events. Reporting and Analytics:Track campaign performance and compile monthly marketing reports.
