Providing pupils with test materials, such as answer sheet and papers. Accurately adhering to and meeting policy standards for assessments. Preparing the test venues to verify that they fulfil the necessary standards. Providing assistance in the event of an emergency, such as a sick student or an evacuation due to a fire. Providing answers to any questions a student may have throughout the test. At the conclusion of each session, provide a full and concise report. Key Performance Areas In charge of ensuring the instrument’s integrity and safety. During the evaluation, keep an eye on the students to make sure nothing is amiss. Ensuring that assessment locations are suitable for performing assessments in accordance with policies. Ensuring that no non-relevant individuals have access to the testing location throughout the testing period. Checking whether the students at the venue are in good academic standing and ready to take the test.
