Job Description: Design civil services for municipal, commercial, and industrial developments Deliver technical designs for roads, stormwater, sewer, water services, ducting, and bulk earthworks Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical specifications in line with SANS standards Conduct site inspections and chair site meetings Perform contract administration and construction monitoring Prepare as‑built drawings and close‑out reports Engage with clients and contribute innovative, cost‑effective engineering solutions Skills & Experience: Minimum 510 years experience in municipal infrastructure and building environment projects Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield developments Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Designer Confident client communicator and problem solver Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure Access to own vehicle for site visits Qualification: BTech in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering Technologist (PrTechEng), or eligible to register within 12 months Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
