Minimum Requirements 5 years’ hands‑on experience in growing plants, preferably in a horticultural or agricultural setting. At least 6 years of experience working with labour in South Africa, with a strong understanding of local labour dynamics and regulations. Fluency in Xhosa is essential for effective communication with team members. Excellent operational and organisational skills, with a proven track record of managing complex farm activities. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of horticultural crops.
