Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyse financial performance and provide strategic recommendations Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across business units Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting Assist with year-end audits and statutory reporting requirements Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting processes Partner with operational management to support business performance Prepare variance analysis and management reporting packs Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function Job Experience & Qualifications: BCom degree essential CIMA qualification essential 10+ years of management accounting experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience Experience within a group or multi-entity environment is advantageous Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and leadership capabilities Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Take the next step in your finance career within a dynamic organisation that values strategic thinking, operational excellence, and financial leadership.
