QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Grade 12 and relevant qualification or certification Previous working experience as Technical Writer or a similar role in a software development environment Previous working experience in the creation of technical documents for software products, which may include text, diagrams, workflows, and visuals Previous working experience in the review and refinement of existing technical documents Good understanding of the SDLC and software development Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Advanced Word SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent writing, editing, and research skills Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Highly organised, resilient and adaptable Deadline driven with the ability to undertake multiple projects Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convey these into user-friendly documents (including text, images, and workflows) The following will be an advantage: Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related
