Ntt Ford Zululand is looking for a Parts Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities and Duties Inventory Management: Ordering, receiving, and stocking parts, while monitoring for slow-moving items and managing returns to suppliers. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring department staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance. Customer Service: Assisting internal (service technicians) and external customers in identifying and purchasing parts, handling inquiries and complaints. Financial Performance: Setting and maintaining pricing to ensure profitability, creating reports on sales, and managing budgets. Supplier Relations: Developing relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely, accurate, and efficient ordering. System Operations: Utilizing and maintaining the inventory management system (ERP) for tracking, ordering, and inventory accuracy. Requirement Strong knowledge of inventory control principles.
