Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hygiene Sales Specialist . The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving new business, cultivating strong customer relationships, and positioning our hygiene solutions as a key growth area. Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) National Diploma in Sales or related field is advantageous Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in the hygiene industry Prove track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficient in Microsoft suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence Willingness to travel extensively within the Cape Town Region Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the hygiene portfolio within the division. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold-calling, networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and propose tailored hygiene solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals aligned to client needs and compliance standards. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as agreed with the Regional Hygiene Manager /Sales Manager. Maintain a solid understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and technical aspects of hygiene services. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and growth. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service excellence and a seamless client experience. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform product positioning and strategic decisions. Submit accurate reports, forecasts, and sales documentation in a timely manner.
