Responsibilities To manage the Capitec Direct department to achieve growth in market share and profitability for Capitec’s online sales, supporting the omni‑channel sales strategy and building and implementing resources, systems, policies, practices, methods and measures that will effectively drive the delivery of the sales strategy. Experience 5+ years of management experience within an online/direct sales environment with a focus on omni‑channel sales; a proven record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, dynamic, results‑driven environment with frequent change. Experience in a banking, retail, e‑commerce or consumer goods industry. Financial services management experience preferable in a retail environment. Qualifications Minimum : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance. Ideal or Preferred : (None specified.) Knowledge Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams that focus on the end‑to‑end client experience within a sales environment. Sales analytics tools, CRM systems and technologies. Leveraging data, technology and client insights to drive growth and enhance client experience. Commercial and business drivers of a financial services / retail environment. People management and development practices. Sales and contact centre knowledge. Client experience principles and practices. Operational data analytics and digitisation of data. Understanding of how omni‑channel sales and services work.
