What You’ll Do: Lead a skilled IPCM team with clear objectives and strong guidance Oversee major incident resolutions to reduce downtime Drive problem management to find root causes and prevent repeats Manage change processes to balance innovation with risk control Set strategic direction aligned with company goals and industry best practices Monitor and report on IPCM metrics for senior management Collaborate actively with internal teams and offshore partners Continuously improve processes through data insights and new technologies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in incident, problem, and change management Strong leadership and team management skills ITIL certification or equivalent expertise Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across regions Passion for process improvement and operational excellence Why Join Us?
