Our client is a dynamic, high-growth consumer goods business operating within the South African beauty and lifestyle sector. With an established national retail footprint and a rapidly scaling digital presence, they are a performance-driven organization focused on aggressive market expansion and agile marketing execution. Responsibilities Manage and own the 6-month marketing calendar, including all product launches and retail promotions. Develop conversion-focused creative briefs for the internal design team. Write sharp, direct-response copy for ads, headlines, and promotional messaging. Interpret Meta ad performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and translate insights into immediate creative action. Coordinate website updates, email marketing broadcasts, and in-store promotional rollouts. Plan and manage photography and videography shoots, including logistics and creative direction. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, e‑commerce, or campaign management. Proven proficiency in Meta Ads performance metrics and digital-first campaign coordination. Solid experience in direct-response copywriting and briefing creative teams. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (such as WooCommerce) and email marketing tools. Experience in fast-moving industries like fashion, cosmetics, or FMCG is highly preferred. Attributes Commercially aggressive with a deep understanding of why people buy. High level of autonomy and a strong "ownership" mentality. Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive communicator who can translate complex ideas into clear instructions.
