Your Mission As Showroom Director, you will take full ownership of showroom performance, team leadership, and client experience, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an impeccable environment aligned with Roche Bobois’ luxury image Drive visual merchandising excellence and manage stock and logistics Set and exceed ambitious sales targets (individual and team) Monitor performance and report weekly turnover and lead generation Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team Deliver ongoing coaching in luxury sales and product expertise Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, architects, and developers Brand Representation Act as a brand ambassador at events and within the luxury design community Strengthen Roche Bobois’ presence and network in the local market Ensure seamless coordination with service teams to maintain exceptional client satisfaction Work closely with marketing and communication teams to support brand initiatives Your Profile Experience: 10+ years in luxury retail, high-end furniture, real estate or premium design environments Leadership: Proven ability to drive results through teams Commercial Acumen: Strong sales orientation and business insight Skills: Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office Personal Attributes: Refined aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence Living in Cape Town or surroundings (preferably).
