The property management team at TFG is responsible for the day-to-day running, maintenance, and optimisation of our existing property portfolio, dealing with landlords and ensuring the strategic location strategy is met. In addition, our team carries out our long-term strategic facility management plans. This includes setting budgets, occupational health and safety requirements, developing and implementing facility improvements and managing all aspects of our various locations, such as stores, distribution centres, factories and head office buildings. We are looking for an energetic, creative, assertive self-starter to join the TFG Store design team as a CAD operator. Key Responsibilities Prepare and interpret store layout sketches in accordance with design brief and brand standards and present for approval Preparation of final working drawings, to include store layout, ceiling/lighting, flooring, electrical layouts and elevations including shopfronts both for Landlord approval, manufacture and procurement Preparation of details for fixture and fittings Liaise with Landlords, Architects and Developers Liaise with internal Operational Teams, Project and Procurement Managers including external Design Houses Preparation of Council submission packs 3D Development work including SketchUp and Photoshop, not essential All drawing to be completed in Revit Qualifications and Experience Relevant tertiary qualification (completed) in Architecture, Interior Design, Draughting or a related field Knowledge of AutoCAD (essential) Exposure to Revit would be advantageous Exposure to SketchUp and/or Photoshop is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Able to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel locally when required A driver’s license would be advantageous Skills Proficient in AutoCAD Behaviours Readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eagerness Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise, and impactful manner Creates an environment that fosters and nurtures a culture of creativity which drives success Consistently makes timely, well-rounded, and informed decisions Sets ambitious goals and takes focused action to achieve desired outcomes to deliver measurable results Adapts effectively to situations that are complex, uncertain, or lack guidelines and clear information Interprets and simplifies complex and contradictory information when resolving organisational problems Leverages new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem-solving, and support business growth Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act. #J-18808-Ljbffr
